Rometa has technical staff to perform customer support by phone, fax multilingual and personnel to perform the necessary work on the premises of customers.

Rometa designed facilities, the customer in mind, using most elements of the market standards to facilitate the purchase in local markets.

Rometa has a group of technicians to travel to the customer's site to help and assist, but now we can make 95% of the attendance, via remote control, through Internet connection.


The machines feature (optional) Internet connection and can connect from the office of Romet, thus we can make a faster and cheaper service.
