Machine of great production

It is a full automatic installation with static and very versatile quality, its assembly is simple and it is easy to operate.

The batching plant is of 2250/1500 liters, with 4 vibrating axes and 3 motors of 40 Kw for mould filling and compression. Operate with a large work tray (1400 mm x 1200 mm), formed by a 4050 vibrocompressor, with elevator and lowerator of 16-18 trays. Capacity of 15 blocks of 20 x 20 x 40, or 14 ceiling blocks of 15, or 1 m2 of pavers per cycle. With automatic packing with cross of the pieces, automatic feeding and turn of trays. With automatic multiforca-robot trolley, to move the trays to the drying area and vice versa.

This installation 4050s, is available in 2 different configurations: ROMETA 4050-80 • ROMETA 4050-90.

It can be accompanied by a more or less complete set, from the 4050-80 configuration, which includes the machine, delivery table and 16-tray elevator-descender, to a 18-tray elevator-and-descender configuration with automatic palletizing and concrete plant with 3 or more aggregates (4050-90).
