The plant features a 1300 x 1000 mm production tray, capable of manufacturing 18 blocks of 100 mm per cycle. The facility is fully automated, equipped with a rotary finger car curing system reaching 16 levels in height, and an air recirculation curing process with a total capacity of 5.000 trays.

This is a completely new "greenfield" project, with the building custom-constructed according to our own civil works plans. The entire project was overseen by our Technical Department in close collaboration with the client.

The vibrating machine ROMETA 4050S incorporates servo motors for vibration, ensuring a homogeneous result. Frequency and amplitude are fully adjustable by the operator and can be programmed and saved for each specific mould. The system features a double hydraulic unit with a variable flow pump, digitally controlled for both pressure and flow. This allows the operator to fine-tune all parameters for every movement.

The curing chamber is fully enclosed and insulated, featuring a recirculation system to maintain uniform humidity levels across all manufactured units.
