In order to optimize space and increase productivity on a production line of precast concrete (blocks, slabs, paving stones, etc.), we can install a rotating finger car. The rotation and the translation are simultaneous and thus save between 15 and 20% of time compared to the use of a standard car. The operator can control and steer the finger car remotely using a wifi command from the central cabin. It is also equipped with an online assistance system.

On a production line with a rotating finger car, the elevator, the descender and the finger car are located in the drying area, which allows for fine control of temperature and humidity.

The finger car can reach different shelf heights depending on the size of the installation.
