Start-up

Rometa designs, manufactures and assembles the machine, besides, assists and trains the client.

After delivering the machines, Rometa sends technicians to perform installation, with support staff from the client.

The client has to provide cranes, welding equipment, tools. Also air, water and electricity installation. And has to provide an electrician and an installer.

Rometa installs the machine, makes connections, makes vacuum testings and finally does the block making training.

Rometa also assists in analyzing the aggregate, to find the right formula.

The start-up can take between 2 to 5 weeks of work. The training, can last between 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the product to be manufactured.
