  • Shot blasting is a treatment with a dry piece prior to palletizing.
  • The process involves a large number of small steel balls projected against the piece, eliminating the fine surface parts and thus giving the piece a more natural stone appearance.
  • The quality of the pieces will depend to a great extent on the proportion and the mixing of the aggregates.
SHOOT BLASTING process in steps:
  1. Treatment prior to palletizing.
  2. The piece goes into a protected cabin.
  3. Large number of small steel balls projected against the piece.
  4. Remove fine parts from the surface.
  5. Its appearance will be like that of a natural stone.
  6. The quality of the pieces will depend to a great extent on the proportion and the mixing of the aggregates.
  7. Later palletized.
