Machine of great production

It is a medium-high capacity installation, of high quality, with a vibrocompresora of great resistance.

The batching plant is of 750/500 litres, with 2 vibrating axes of 15 Kw for the filling and compression of the mould, with a tray of 1200 x 700 mm, a capacity of 7,5 blocks of 20 x 20 x 40, or 7 ceiling blocks of 15, o 0,5 m2 of pavers per cycle. 

Rometa 2030 machine produces pieces such as pavers, blocks, ceiling blocks or kerbstones 1 MT. 

The block making machine can be complemented by a more or less complete set, from the 2030-60 configuration, that includes the machine, exit table and elevator-lowerator of 10 trays, to an elevator-lowerator configuration of 20 trays with automatic packing and batching plant with 2 o 3 aggregates (2030-90).

The installation 2030 is available in 3 configurations: ROMETA 2030-60 • ROMETA 2030-80 • ROMETA 2030-90.
